We believe in our recovery gloves. If you are not happy with how your hands feel after using them within 30 days of delivery, we will refund your purchase.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN:

1.     Contact Us: info@thepalmcalm.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

2.     Return Shipping: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned to us. Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.

3.     Processing: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

EXCLUSIONS: Items damaged through intentional misuse or neglect are not eligible for a refund.
